He has personalised our sessions to meet the needs of our 5 month old puppy and each session has been full of games, techniques and tips to help her succeed. Joe is very realistic and expresses that our little pup will not be amazing overnight and I really love the fact he is very open and honest with us. He’s also always on the other end of a message if we ever need his support throughout the week and has been so helpful to us, given that we are both first time dog parents.
