“When I first decided to take Lola to a dog trainer I was very apprehensive, while I was very much aware she needed some more structure and discipline I didn’t want her to lose her cheeky personality. Joe was amazing in making Lola and I feel comfortable and helped me understand her needs and why she was acting the way she was.

A few weeks on from our last one to one session and I can’t quite believe how well she has improved, and while I could be bias I haven’t been the only one to notice her improvement. She is calmer, barks less on walks and is much more responsive.

I can’t wait to start socialising classes and see her further improvement.”
